If any student who is appearing in class 12 this year fail in both January and April exam then he can try for that in the next year or not

If students does not qualify for Jee Main cutoff marks in both attempts this year je can again try next successive year.
Which means if you appear for 12th in 2019 and also appear for Jee In 2019, you can again attempts in 2020 year as well.
