If anyhow got admission for btech CSE in private college on 2025 being failed in CBSE class 12 chemistry but got passed in overall and going to give Chemistry compartment exam on year 2026 and will clear it. Then will we face any problem in Placement/Job even after getting BTech degree and got passed in chemistry Compartment.?????

If you have passed Class 12 overall, but failed in Chemistry, and are going to clear the compartment examination in 2026 while studying B. Tech CSE (since you were admitted in 2025), it is generally not a problem for placements or jobs in the future (as long as you clear the compartment and then qualify to get overall eligibility status later on).
However, keep in mind:

Eligibility Check - Most colleges need Class 12 pass status to admit you. If the private college allowed admission based on overall pass status, and you are provisionally staying, you should check to make sure the admission will be upheld even after compartment.
For placements, companies generally ask about Current backlogs (they should be none), Consistency that you need a reasonable aggregate (mostly 60%+) through 10th, 12th, and B. Tech and Final documentation proof of Class 12 pass (again you will have this, after clearing the compartment).
Government Jobs or Entity for higher studies - If applying down the line, you will still provide the final pass certificate, so be sure that you clear your compartment examination.
In conclusion, you can still have a successful career in B. Tech and even placements, after clearing your Chemistry compartment, as long as your college and future employers will accept the certificate clearing the compartment .
