If I get admission in medical college of West bengal and then I am selected for aiims. Can I shift my admission to aiims college.

Àiims criteria requires 60% marks in board exams for general and OBC category . So unfortunately you don't qualify the initial criteria unless you are from SC/ST/PH category where the criteria is 50%
