With this percentile it seems hard you can get any NIT it depends upon you ranking category wise( if belongs to category). You can also apply for other private institutes.

Well with this rank it becomes very difficult to get through any of the NITs. But you can anyways give the examination of BITSAT. Which is way more easier than JEE MAINS and ADVANCE. Also BITS is an amazing institute equivalent to an IIT in terms of placement.

With a percentile of 53.428 the rank would be more than 4 lakh and with this rank the student won't even be qualified to write JEE Advance.And the student won't be getting admission into any NIT as per as the previous year analysis.Hence there is no point in going for counselling.Better do well in the other entrance exams.All The Best
