If candidate get no seat in josaa till 6th round , can he withdraw from counseling
Dear Aspirant,
If you did not get a seat till 6th round then chances are quite low that you can get a college. However, if this was your first attempt, then I suggest you should take a drop year and prepare again.
Give JEE MAIN 2020, and try to score above 150 marks and your CRL under 20-25k. Then you will certainly get into some decent college. Here are some links for you:

There is very less possibility that you will get seat in last round.So,you can withdraw from counselling procedure and you will get your deposited amount after deduction of counselling fee.
