Definetly i say it as no because if EWS quota is applicable also the government only provdes 10percent reservation only so it is very difficult to get a seat with that 10 percent reservation as there is a lot of competetion in india so if you score about 85 percentile you can get benifited so try to score good percentile in the april exam , hope you get a good seat and all the best for your comming exams
