in the declaration form of obc ncl in neet. whose name will come after fathers signature? will it be fathers name or mine? also can we sign next to the signature of applicant as there is no space above it in the declaration form??

I don't think NEET form will be rejected. But, you need to prove that, it was mistake. You will have to get and affidavit done stating that both are same person. This will be necessary at the time of counselling. So, form won't be rejected for now.
