after final submission of step 2 it entered to the photo uploading step there i clicked on review application form and there i clicked on edit application form and edited and gave again otp.is there any problem?

Anshika, that is ok. But just remember to take a print out of the confirmation page of the final submission and save the details of the payment transaction for future reference. The photo needs to be latest and follows NTA guidelines. That's all what matters.
