I understand your situtation, unfortunately most PU colleges would request you to repeat class 11th if you want to complete your 12th board education.
Incase your 12th board is complete and then there is a gap for 2 to 3 years there is no need to worry, many courses now donot have an age limit but an attempt limit for example NEET and JEE. Other than that if you are interested in arts, several courses such as in Mass communication, law, political science history and languages is open to you.

You can take admission in degree courses such as B.A, some of the colleges/universities don't have any age limit to apply for admission such as colleges of Delhi University.
