    Hello! Hope you are doing good.

    It's not clear as to which exam you are talking about. I'll consider it to be IIT entrance exam so the forms for the April session is out. Please check the official site of NTA and register for the same.

    If in case, you meant some other exam please feel free ro reach out and get your query solved.
