Hopefully you have been referring to AP EAMCET 2021.

On the basis of this, based on your rank in AP EAMCET you might not get any free time as per mentioned guidelines provided by Andhra Pradesh State Government .

Students with rank below 10000 are only eligible to apply for free seat through AP EAMCET. Although, if you belong from SC or ST Category you can avail a good fee reimbursement irrespective of your rank and college.
