if got 60%in cbse with sc category can I got any admission through jee paper 1and 2

Candidate should have secured at least 65% marks (SC/ST) in the 12th class examination, or be in the top 20 percentile in the 12th class examination conducted by the respective Boards for IIT/NIT/IIIT/GFTI .
You won't be eligible for NIT/IIT/IIIT admission as you have 60% in 12th class and Top 20 percentile is also very high for SC category in CBSE board.
You can try in state level and other private college or can give improvement in 12th class to get at least 65% to make eligible for above institutions.
