if have 1 subject back so can go to 4th year? is there condol system?

Hello Shweta,

You did not the mention the course/stream you want to know about. Talking generally a student cannot go to next year if he/she is having a back in subject, the student is supposed to clear the back in the same year otherwise he won't be able to go to next year.

Yes there is a control system which may vary from college to college, but as I know the student cannot go to next year without passing previous exams.
