If I 300 above score in jee mains with some two digit all india rank(say) then can i get into any of the iit?

With scores above 300you can conveet any NIT and GFTIs for any branch.
However for IIT you need to appear for Jee advance and score below 10000 ranks.
Jee Main is accepted by NITS, IIITs and GFTIs and some private engineering colleges only.

No you cannot. You need to secure a very good AIR in JEE ADVANCED to bag a seat at IITs.
