Hi, There are many engg exams in India like the National level exam- JEE MAIN and then other top private exams like BITSAT, SRM, VIT etc.

So admission in good colleges is based on these proper entrances.

Incase you want to take direct admissions after 12th without any entrance exam there are certain colleges which can take you because you have good percentage in your 12th as well.

You will have to look for those colleges by visiting few of them in person.
