Hello,
The eligibility criteria for UPSEE 2020 states that the candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from UP board to be eligible to UPSEE exam. So you can give UPSEE exam if you are in 12th. Please click the below link to know more about the eligibility criteria
