i have given 12 th from kota Rajasthan but got compartment in2025 but i am going to reappear as a private candidate in all 5 paper from jharkhand in 2026 .. while filling jee mains form there asking about state/UTfrom where 12th/ passed/ appearing? whta should I fill Rajasthan or jharkhand?

Hi,

Yes, you can appear for the NIOS On-Demand Exam (ODE) in Delhi even if your regional centre or study centre is in Rajasthan. While filling the ODE application form, students are usually allowed to choose their preferred exam centre based on availability.

During registration on the official NIOS website, you can select Delhi/Noida as your preferred exam location and choose an available centre there. You just need your valid NIOS enrollment number while applying.
