if i am not allotted a seat in iit till 6 round ,do i need to pay 35k to appear in 7 round,if i do not get seat in 7 round ,do i get my mone

Well, brother if you donot get any preferred college, filled in the JoSAA counseling, need not IIT in specific till 6th round, then you don;t require to pay the fees, as fees is paid only when the any of the filled seat is alloted to you. This fees, represents that you want this seata and also want/may not want ot take part in furhter rounds of JoSAA counseling.

After, the 7th round, if you get any preferred college, the you have to pay the fees and do the necessary physical registeration.
