if I am of OBC category but dont have category certificate so can i put applied for certificate in CUET

If you belong to OBC-NCL category and wish to claim OBC-NCL reservation but do not have the certificate at the moment then you can fill 'DECLARATION BY THE CANDIDATE IN LIEU OF OBC-NCL CERTIFICATE' which is given in page 40 attached in Annexure - IIB. Candidates who couldn't obtain OBC-NCL certificate before the last of the application form can fill it to be consider the candidates as OBC-NCL category and to provisionally appear for CUET 2022. You need to take the print out of it, fill the details and affix your passport size photo on it. Scan the document and upload it in the application form. You must provide the category certificate which is issued on or after January 1, 2022 at the time of admission. Else you cannot claim the reservation.
