If I am studying only NCERT for Chem and Bio then can I qualify AIIMS?

Yes. Do read each and every line and understand the concept. Maximum questions of chemistry are from NCERT textbooks.
In case of biology nearly all questions are from NCERT textbooks only infact assertion reason type questions are also set from ncert book only. So read it by heart. for biology Focus more towards figures, examples, uses, scientists name, formulaes etc etc. They are frequently asked..

AIIMS has a very limited no. of seats. If your concepts are strong then even NCERT is enough to get you there. But practice makes perfect. Just reading will not help you must practice more and more questions to get a good grasp on the subject. Mastery over a subject like chemistry will not depend on the book you read but how well you understand and apply what you have read.

In Biology however there are a good no. of questions that come outside NCERT. But you can expect approximately 70% to come from it.

NCERT is the gold standard book for NEET. 80-85 % questions usually comes from NCERT. Read books thoroughly and make your concept clear. Along with that practice MCQ from standard text books. Follow previous year question papers that will help you to understand pattern of questions. Practice sample papers. Give online mock tests. Maintain your health. Best of luck.

Ncert is good for clear concept building. But i would recommand you at least go through the arihant or pradeeps for some additional points. Also practice the 10 years questions paper.
