Hello student,
If you will appear in ISC exam to improve your aggregate to 75% then also you can apply for JEE Mains in the upcoming year. As you have 3 consecutive chances to appear in JEE Mains. If you qualify JEE Mains and also have an aggregate of 75% in any respective board then only the qualification has some meaning.
All the best!
Cheers!
