if I appeared in jee mains 2022 session 1 but not apply for session 2, am i eligible for tes48

See, you have to fill the application form separately for each of the session of Join Entrance Examination Main or JEE Main. So, if you have not filled the application form for the July session of JEE Main, then unfortunately you are not eligible to give the examination, but you can fill the form and then you would be able to give the same.
