Mostly you no need to pay security amount for second councelling as you have paid security amount for first councelling. At the end you will be alloted with the seat you receive in second councelling. If you don't get seat in second councelling then first councelling seat will be there for you. Once go through the instructions and guidelines regarding security amount for second councelling.
