If I apply through both jeemains and wbjee as as asked in reg. Then I will getseat through the best rank out of the both exam or anyone?

Well, for getting admission into colleges through Jee Mains, you need to apply for the Josaa counseling. But if you didn't get your desired college in the counseling process, you may also apply for the state counseling conducted for giving admission on the basis of WBJEE score. And it's better to apply for colleges in your own home state so that the chances of getting admission are high.
