if I but a flat in west Bengal, will I get domicile certificate

Dear aspirant,
domicile certificate is not issued on the basis if you have own property in the particular state or not but it depends on whether you are a resident of that state for minimum 30 years if you have 30 years minimum residence in that particular state and your proof of that residence then you can apply for the domicile certificate.
