If there are seat availability in the course you want to take admission than they may consider your changing option otherwise you have to choose from three options which you provided during filling the form.
For example: During filling the form you opt for mechanical department ,now you want to take admission in CIVIL branch than seat availability in that branch will going to decide you able to fetch seat in that branch or not.
College administration will Firstly force you to opt from options which you provided but if consistently you pressure about your priority than they may consider your case. Take parents during counseling session, it will help you in make pressure on a college authority.
