If i cancel paper 2 of JEE mains will i get refund for it. Having paid for both paper 1 and 2 and cancelling 2.

No once paid you will not get the money refunded back.

Hello Maaz,
Application fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Also, NTA authorities will not entertain any request for refund.
