Nta has not mentioned in the information brochure that how application fee will get refunded once you withdraw your application form but as they are not asking you to enter your bank details or anything else separately for the refund, the only option left is your original mode of payment.
So, your application fee will be refunded in the bank account which was used to pay the application fee.
