If I claim for agriculture stream courses than I can apply in both b pharma and agriculture course?

Yes.
You are eligible to apply for both fields as the eligibility is more or less is the same.
You can check the below given eligibility for both the courses -
B.Sc Agriculture -
- Completion of Intermediate (12 years of school education) in Science stream
- Physics, Chemistry, Biology and/or Mathematics as the subjects of study
B.Pharm -
Student must have passed class 12th with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics/Biology. Students have to secure a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination. Students, those pass the three year Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) are also eligible.
