    Hi Nitish,

    Once you complete your study in Btech it's completely upto you, if you want to do any course from any university as per your choice wether be it a foreign university.

    The opportunities are open for any Post-graduate program but try to be specific in your field of study that always increases the chances of getting the admissions.
