If I do distance MBA with job then it will be valuable or not??

Distance MBA has the value if you are working professional. It also give you the Flexibility of continuing your present life along with gaining education. The value doesn't matter only on the study mode but It also depends on your performance for the programme. But if you are not working then I would suggest you to go for regular MBA.
