If i do not get a seat in the first councelling in wbjee can i go for the second round?

If you do not get a seat in first councelling and you are quite confident about your grades then only you should apply for the next councelling.

My rank is 5033 and I'm not from bengal, so I'm not getting any govt college, i can get only govt universities. And my rank isn't good enough.
