If i do not want to change in the NEET apllication then what should i do ? but in the notice they said that NO CHANGE IN THE APPLICATION FORM WILL BE ACCEPTED THROUGH FAX/APPLICATION ,INCLUDING E-MAIL ETC. WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS SENTANCE

The sentence you mentioned above, means that if you want any correction in your application form of NEET than you have make it from the portal of NTA for NEET, no any fax/application(hard copy/soft copy), e-mail will be considered for correction in your details.

As of now NEET is scheduled on September 13th and correction window has been closed by NTA.
