If i do westbengal medical counselling 85% quota and pay the registration fee of rs 2000 and after all rounds of cunsling will i get refund

Dear Sir / Ma'm, in the previous year also, it was such that even if after all the rounds of counselling,even if you fail to get a seat in any medical or dental college of West Bengal, then also the amount of Rs. 2000 which you had paid at the time of registration would in no way be refunded to you.

There are 2 types of fees that you need to pay. One is refundable fees and the other is non refundable fees. The refundable fees is the college fees. Lets say after all rounds of counselling, if you dont get a seat, this amount will be refunded to the same account it was paid from. But the other fees which os registration fees is non-refundable and you will not get that money as refund.
