If i don't check my mock seat allocation round & directly lock my Choices before 25 june, will there any problem occur??

there is absolutely no problem but after 25 june you will not be able to change the order of your choices.
as you know the order should be priority wise ,it is advisable to get a thorough go through of your choices as there is no option available to change the seat after 1st round.
