if i dont get seat in 2nd round councilling then can i get my security fee?

Hello Aditya,
Please mention which counselling you are talking about. But generally, if you did/did not get a seat in the first round, and you did't want to pursue further the security fees will be refunded to you. But after second round, if you get a seat the security fee won't be refunded to you even if you don't take admisssion but will be refunded if you don't get a seat.
