if i don't give the exam of clas 12 after registration and all .Can I loose 1 chance for jee.

Hello,
The criteria for JEE mains state that :

Candidates should have passed class 12 or qualifying the exam in 2019 or 2020.
-
Candidates appearing in class 12 or equivalent qualifying exam in 2021 can also apply for JEE Main 2021.
This means you should appear for your class 12th exam.
More over no engineering college would give you admission if you haven't completed your class 12th.
