Hello there. It's not like if you don't have 89.75 then you are not eligible to take admission. You are still eligible to take admission in the college based on the counseling done by various colleges. Only thing is that without that percentile you will not be able to give JEE Advance paper that's all otherwise you can get any college as per your rank.
