if I dont nit in one particular round of counselling , should I attend in all the other remaining counselling conducted by Jossa?

If you feel that with your rank you can get admission into NITs then definitely you should stick to the counseling. If you have a pretty good rank you will easily get NITs in first or second round of counseling but sometimes you have to wait. This purely depends upon your rank and your category.
