No, you can take admission in B.tech in agricultural engineering by JEE entrance exam only.
Through, ICAR you can get admission in B.Sc in agricultural engineering.

Anyone can get B.tech in Agricultural engineering through ICAR - AIEEA ug exam.
There are not only seats for b.sc ag. It also provides b.sc horticulture, b.sc in community Science, B.tech in Dairy Science and Technology and some other good and unique courses also.
