Yes, you can still be eligible for the Swami Vivekananda Merit cum Means Scholarship (SVMCM) even if you get the TFW (Tuition Fee Waiver) seat in BPharm , because TFW is a fee concession from the institution, not a direct government scholarship payment. However, one important rule is that SVMCM cannot be taken along with another government scholarship or stipend for the same course.
