As per the eligibility criteria for NEET exam the candidate must have "PASSED" 10+2 or equivalent in with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board. Candidates who are appearing for the class 12 or equivalent exam are also eligible to apply for NEET 2020.
Therefore as per the second point you will be able to appear for NEET exam but you have to appear for compartment exam for the same.
