if i fail in honours subject in first semester can i give re-exam

Dear Student ,
Now a days ... most of the colleges have started backlog or supplement exam for those who have failed in any of the Hons Subjects . generally , the supple subjects must be cleared within the duration of course , so .. yes , you can give re-exam in failed Hons subjects which is also called supplementary exam.
As I don't know your college's rules and regulations regarding supplementary exam , so it will be better .. if you contact with your HOD or Principal regarding this matter !
