If I failed in 12in 2018but I passed in 2019 if I am aligibile to emcet or not

The candidate should have passed or appeared for the final year of 10+2 examination to be eligible for 2019 admissions.
However, Kindly mention you want to take admission in which course. As, AP EAMCET is conducted annually for admission to B.Tech/B.Sc/ B.Pharm courses. And for admission to MBBS/BDS/AYUSH courses candidates will have to appear for the NEET UG entrance exam.

Yes you are eligible for emcet.

Yes you can definitely be eligible after clearing all subjects. Students rrquire minimum 50%aggregate marks in 12th from recognised University to be eligible.

For category wise students they shall need caste category certificate as well.
