If I failed in class 12 exams in 2020 and appear as private candidate next year then can I give jee advanced in 2022?

No , you cannot appear in JEE-Advance in 2022 because you can appear for this exam two times continuously in two years.
If you fails in class 12th exams than you will have to clear your 12th result as well as JEE-Advance exam before 2021.
