Yes man you are in big problem ,you should mail them amd correct this.
But during counseling you can give right board ,so i think there is not big problem.

You must mail them about the same as stated above in the question .

I think there is but for that you have to move to the higher authority to lead to the final solution and there will be number of documentation to be included to prove that Board.
so try working on that.
