sorry to say 120 score out of 300 is not enough to secure a seat in nits irrespective of whatever category you belongs to. you must score 250+ to get a tier 1 college in jee main counselling. now jee main april session exam is about to held in 18-23 july, 2020. I suggest you to give you best performance this time to secure a much better score.
