150 in JEE Main is a huge score with all standards. In fact, 150 means that you have scored half, or 50% of the total marks, which is considered to be a difficult feat regarding to the Joint Entrance Examination Standards. With this score, you have a high chance of getting an NIT, and with a confirm ticket to NIT, you should definitely aim for JEE Advanced to get an IIT. All the best!
