If I get 270 marks in b arch will I get god NIT college and I am not for home state and I am general category..

A score of 250-270 is the safe zone for general category candidates. You have scored really well in JEE Paper 2, and I assume you have come under the first 1000 ranks , so you will definitely get top NITs. Admission possibilities may vary slightly based on the number of seats available and number of applicants for open category seats.
