if I get 400 in neet 2020 but what if I prepare 1 yr more and just by chance I get less marks next year than this year then this year's marks will be vaild while taking addmission or the next year's will be vaild ? tho 2020 wala chalega aage ya 21 wala ?

I can understand your question. As you will be giving the exams in 2021 results of the same year only will be entertained for further counselling.
You will be eligible on the basis of your current year NEET result only. Previous years result will not be valid for the next year counselling.
